KERRY
CONTINUES COLLUDING...CLICK HERE
The Kerry
campaign, which raised millions to guarantee "every
vote will be counted" has challenged results in just
one county. Daniel J. Hoffheimer, an attorney hired by
the Kerry campaign has emphasized his belief that "this
presidential election is over. The Bush-Cheney ticket
has won." Hoffheimer
is affiliated with Taft, Stettinius and Hollister, a firm
with deep Republican ties to Ohio's current GOP governor,
Bob Taft. Hoffheimer said "the Kerry-Edwards campaign
has found no conspiracy and no fraud in Ohio," but
more serious researchers continue to uncover plenty...CLICK

Moulitsas Zúniga [Daily Kos]: I can't believe there
is a person alive who wouldn't understand the reason this
was allowed to happen. This wasn't a mistake by any stretch
of the imagination. This was a fixed election, plain and
simple. This second coup d'etat is either stopped now or
America ceases to be. |

Larry
Chin [Center
for Global Research]: John Kerry’s pitiful and immediate
capitulation, surrendering with even less of a fight than
Al Gore in 2000, despite clear, overt and gross vote fraud
across the country, including Ohio — Diebold’s
home state — was sickening. Twice Democrats have won
the White House and then refused to speak the truth about
the crime and fight for the people who bled for them. Twice,
America has been sold out. |

Colin
Shea [Freezerbox]: I smell a rat. It has that distinctive
and all-too-familiar odor of the species Republicanus floridius.
Polling is an imprecise science. Yet its very imprecision
is itself quantifiable and follows regular patterns. Differences
between actual results and those expected from polling data
must be explainable by identifiable factors if the polling
sample is robust enough. With almost 3.000 respondents in
Florida alone, the CNN poll sample was pretty robust. |

in the days before the election. And nothing occurred in
the day after the election to elicit the order at that moment

in Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, and other states. |

Bev
Harris [BLACK BOX VOTING]: The news has been locked down
tight and there will be no TV coverage of the problems with
voting on November 2nd. Even the journalists are pretty
horrified. They've been forbidden to talk about it even
on their own time. |

Rb:
"Even the journalists are pretty horrified." But,
what. Telling the Truth isn't an option? I've quit jobs
rather than lie to or withhold information from ONE
person, and stakes were minor. From the likes of Dan Rather
[although, to be fair, considering his age and lack of prospects
or safety net (uh-huh)] to the small-town reporter, these
people are perps, not victims. Freakin' capos never seem
to understand that they're not exempted from the crematorium,
they're simply the final fuel... |

Sam
Parry [Consortium News]: George W. Bush’s vote tallies,
especially in the key state of Florida, are so statistically
stunning that they border on the unbelievable. |

|
* |
Farrell
[BuzzFlash]: Why do you suppose Bush's "jittery"
advisors whisked him away to Ohio on election day and then
back to the White House that night? Why did he appear on
TV to assure Americans that victory was his? And why did
the federal government advise Ohio's Warren County to prevent
the media from watching the vote count? |

Todd Urosevich. In the 1980's, with the financial backing
of the right-wing extremist Christian billionaire Howard
Ahmanson, Bob and Todd founded a company called American
Information Systems (AIS) that built voting machines. They
were also certified to count votes. |
* |
Squanderer:
In Florida, the figures show that, in counties with one
type of voting machine, voters with no Democrat or Republican
party affiliation appeared to split their votes roughly
50/50 between Bush and Kerry, which was to be expected;
yet in counties with another type of voting machine, unaffiliated
voters seemed to vote nearly 100% for Bush! And there's
more... |

Fitrakis
[Free Press]: Evidence
is mounting that the 2004 presidential election was stolen
in Ohio. Emerging revelations of voting irregularities coupled
with well-documented Republican efforts at voter suppression
prior to the election suggests that in a fair election Kerry
would have won Ohio. |

[Lew Rockwell]: "One of the saddest lessons of history
is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough we tend to
reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We're no longer interested
in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us.
It is simply too painful to acknowledge – even to
ourselves – that we've been so credulous." [Carl
Sagan] Is it too painful to acknowledge we have been
bamboozled or are you going to demand the truth? |
* |
|
* |
Baker
[Information Clearing House]: The charade we have just witnessed,
called an election, [was] a repeat performance of the coup
d'etat of 2000. Was this election stolen? Unquestionably.
The list of likely illegal acts in this election is no less
than mindnumbing. |
* |
OHIO
WHITEWASH: Countless other frauds occurred, such as postcards
advising people of incorrect polling places, registered
Democrats not receiving absentee ballots, duly registered
young voters being forced to file provisional ballots even
though their names and signatures appeared in the voting
rolls, longtime active voting registered voters being told
they weren't registered, bad faith challenges by Republican
"challengers" in Democratic precincts, and on
and on and on. I do not understand why Kerry conceded and
did not fight to ensure that all Ohioans would have a chance
to vote, and for their vote to be counted. |
* |
Palm
Beach Post: Officials found the software used in Broward
can handle only 32,000 votes per precinct. After that, the
system starts counting backward. Why
a voting system would be designed to count backward was
a mystery to Broward County Mayor Ilene Lieberman. She was
on the phone late Wednesday with Omaha-based Elections Systems
and Software. |

C. Ruppert [From The Wilderness]: While

* |
Tom
Hartmann [Common Dreams]: When
I spoke with the Democratic candidate for the U.S. House
of Representatives from Florida's 16th District he was waiting
for the FBI to show up. Fisher has evidence not only that
the Florida election was hacked, but of who hacked it and
how. And not just this year, these same people previously
hacked the Democratic primary race in 2002 so Jeb Bush would
not have to run against Janet Reno, who presented a real
threat, but against Bill McBride, who Jeb beat. |
* |
Mark
Elsis [Stolen Election]: Together, the likelihood of Florida
and Ohio both seeing such differences from their exit polls
to the final results are statistically impossible. Therefore
the only conclusion one could possibly derive from this
statistic impossibility is that this was a stolen election. |
* |
Paul
Craig Roberts [Lew Rockwell]: The world is amazed that Americans
do not care that they have been deceived, lied to, and incompetently
led and that Americans have chosen to continue along this
path. Bush's re-election has ended forever respect for America.
New and unflattering sobriquets for Americans are emerging.
The American century is over. |
* |
William
Rivers Pitt [TruthOut]: Stories like this have been popping
up in many of the states that put these touch-screen voting
machines to use. Beyond these reports are the folks who
attempted to vote for one candidate and saw the machine
give their vote to the other candidate. Sometimes, the flawed
machines were taken off-line, and sometimes they were not.
As for the reports above, the mistakes described were caught
and corrected. How many mistakes made by these machines
were not caught, were not corrected, and have now become
part of the record? |

Ed
Lewis [Liberty for All]: "I apprehend no danger to
our country from a foreign foe...Our destruction, should
it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention
of the people to the concerns of their government, from
their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I
do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too
implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail
properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they
may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments
of their own undoing." - Daniel Webster, June
1, 1837 |

Weissman
[TruthOut]: The Kerry-Edwards campaign, the White House,
and major media have already awarded victory to Bush, taking
the public spotlight off Ohio election officials. But, as
with so much else in our Rube Goldberg version of democracy,
wiggle room remains. Concession speeches, no matter how
moving, can be retracted, which - to quote a colleague -
would be the mother of all flip-flops. Nor, unless I missed
something, do claims of victory from Karl Rove or Peter
Jennings have the force of law. |

& IQ: There is a direct correlation that has been pointed
out by the Boston Globe between the divorce rate per state
and who they voted for. The higher the percentage of people
voting for Bush the higher the divorce rate. [Rb bets good

white-collar criminals in that demographic, too.] Very interesting
considering many people voted based on 'morality'. |
